Susan Beckman Reagan earned a Master of Arts degree with doctoral studies from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Following graduate school, she worked ten years for a Fortune 500 company in the healthcare field.

Pursuing her passion for health and nutrition, she trained with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
She has extensive training in practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods. She has earned credentials in the fields of integrative nutrition, eating psychology, positive psychology, and mindfulness.

She believes that our optimal well-being can be accessed through greater levels of self-care and self-compassion.

Susan lives in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area with her husband and two Abyssinian cats. They have two wonderful young-adult children. Susan enjoys spending time with her family, travel, yoga, and the arts. She is committed to making the world a better place by supporting others on their health and wellness journey.
Susan's passion is helping people utilize the power of mindfulness, self-care, and integrative nutrition so they can live their most fulfilling lives.

Susan graduated from the two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, which is conducted in partnership with The University of California, Berkeley, and The Awareness Training Institute.

She trained with world-renowned mindfulness teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach to teach awareness and compassion-based practices.

Susan is approved by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association as a Certified Mindfulness Teacher - Professional Level (CMT-P).

Susan has been a yoga teacher for over 20 years. She specializes in Restorative Yoga and was trained by Judith Lasater, Ph.D., one of the leading yoga teachers in the world.
Restorative Yoga is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga. It enhances our healing capacity by regulating the stress response and re-balancing the nervous system.
National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach
Susan is one of the first National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches in the country, certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).
Certified Health Coach and Certified Nutritionist
Susan is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is also a Certified Nutritionist through the Natural Healing Institute of Naturopathy.
Susan’s extensive training in Integrative Nutrition Coaching includes over 100 different dietary theories, from the traditional to the modern, from the East to the West.
Eating Psychology Teacher & Coach
Susan graduated from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, where she studied with Marc David, a world-renowned master nutritionist/psychologist.

Susan is one of thirteen Eating Psychology coaches worldwide who earned the advanced designation of Eating Psychology Teacher.

Susan completed the Certificate in Positive Psychology (CIPP) program as well as the Positive Psychology Coaching Course through the Wholebeing Institute.

Susan completed the Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) program through The Flourishing Center in New York.

Based on the science of positive psychology, Susan created the Positivity Gem Cards, a tool for increasing happiness and well-being.
