HELPING TO BRING MORE
MINDFULNESS TO OUR WORLD
The most direct path to lasting wellness is self-care.
And it all begins with awareness.
As you become mindful of the unhealthy patterns and habits that keep you stuck, you empower yourself to replace them with more positive ones.
By practicing self-compassion, you start appreciating yourself enough to make your own wellness a priority.
You learn to pause. You make wiser choices that benefit your whole being - mind, body, and spirit.
Learning to pause in the midst of your busy life isn’t always easy...and that’s where mindfulness can help.
Mindfulness allows you to access more ease, joy, and strength even when life’s challenges arise.
MINDFULNESS EXPERTISE FOR THE MODERN WORLD
As a meditator for over 30 years, Susan has experienced the benefits of mindfulness firsthand as it has helped her meet life’s challenges with more calm, ease, and openness.

After years of working with individuals in the fields of health and nutrition, Susan recognized the essential role that mental and emotional well-being plays in our physical health.
She pursued training in the fields of positive psychology and mindfulness to help more people access sustainable levels of optimal well-being.
Deeply inspired by her teachers, Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, she earned the Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher credential through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP). This program is conducted in partnership with The University of California, Berkeley, and The Awareness Training Institute.
Susan is approved by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association as a Certified Mindfulness Teacher - Professional Level (CMT-P).

Susan has also been a registered yoga teacher for over 25 years.
